Our guests will receive the warmest welcome. The owners are committed to personally welcoming guests with every attention to detail to facilitate their stay and enhance their knowledge of the region.
DESIGNATION
The rental is for a suite consisting of a large bedroom, a private living room, and a bathroom located at 52 Chemin du Plantier in Sarlat-la-Caneda (France). The rental is intended for two people or a maximum of 4 people (family or friends, agreeing to share the same bathroom).
RENTAL DESCRIPTION
The suite occupies the entire first floor of a Périgord house. The bedroom and living room have been completely renovated and are air-conditioned.
- Bedroom: 160x200 bed, two bedside tables, wardrobe with mirror, chest of drawers, armchair.
- Living room: sofa that transforms into a comfortable 160x190 bed, armchair, 2 poufs, flat screen television, DVD player, round table, 2 chairs, books, games
- Bathroom: shower with glass door, vanity unit, WC, storage column.
- Free outdoor parking or garage for motorcycles and bicycles.
- Free Wi-Fi
LENGTH OF STAY
The client signing the contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The guest will be welcomed on the scheduled day between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., or earlier depending on availability. In case of late or delayed arrival, the guest must notify the owner. Departure will be on the scheduled day before 10:00 a.m.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The reservation will become effective upon sending the voucher confirming the reservation to the customer and upon receipt by the owner of a 25% deposit to be paid by check or bank transfer (IBAN FR76 1558 9245 8307 4248 3644 048)
BALANCE PAYMENT
The balance is payable upon arrival at the owner's premises by Visa or Mastercard, PayPal, check or cash. Consumption and additional services not mentioned in the contract as well as the tourist tax will be payable to the owner at the end of the stay.
TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is a local tax that guests must pay to the property owner, who then transfers it to the public treasury. In Sarlat, this tax amounts to €0.88 per person per night.
ABILITY
This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the owner is entitled to refuse additional guests. This refusal cannot under any circumstances be considered a modification or termination at the owner's initiative, so in the event of the departure of a number of guests greater than those refused, no refund can be considered.
USE OF PREMISES
The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. The clientundertakes to return the rooms in good condition and must report any damage for which it may be responsible and assume responsibility for repairs. No meals may be taken in the room or in the lounge. A deposit of €150 may be requested.
BREAKFAST
Breakfasts are served between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. A 15-minute margin before or after this time slot is accepted, upon customer request.
TABLE D'HÔTES
We offer a table d'hôtes with simple, home-style dishes. The price is €17.50 per person for a starter/main course or main course/dessert menu and €22.50 per person for a full menu (drinks not included).

LINEN & CLEANING SUPPLY
Household linen is provided (bed made on arrival): bed linen (duvet cover, pillowcases and bolsters), bathroom linen (1 bath sheet, 1 hand towel, 2 washcloths per person, 1 bath mat. If the living room bed is used by a second person, a €20 supplement will be charged for washing and ironing the bedding. Daily cleaning will be provided only upon request for a fee of €25/hour.
ANIMALS
For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed.
SMOKERS
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A designated area is available under the arbor.
INSURANCE
The client is responsible for all damages resulting from their actions. They should therefore check whether their primary residence contract includes a holiday extension (vacation rental). The client confirms that they are covered by civil liability insurance covering their own liability and that of any accompanying persons.
HOME PROTECTION AND SECURITY
L'Olivianne is protected by an alarm with Vérisure remote monitoring as well as two outdoor cameras. The house is fully fenced. A gate remote control is provided upon arrival. In case of loss, a €30 fee will be charged.
CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
Any cancellation must be notified by letter or email to the owner. The costs incurred are as follows:
- cancellation within 2 days prior to arrival: 80% of the total amount of the stay
- no show: 100% of the total amount of the stay
- shortened stay: 100% of the total amount of the stay.
CANCELLATION BY THE OWNER
Due to health issues at the owner's premises or in the event of non-compliance with health regulations by the client, the owner may cancel the reservation without compensating the client.
IDENTIFY
To avoid any subsequent dispute, proof of identity will be requested upon arrival. In accordance with Article R. 611-42 of CESEDA1, We are required to have foreigners complete and sign an individual police form upon arrival.
